Sedaru Breaks Usage Records, Continues to Expand National Footprint

Posted by sedaru-admin

SAN DIMAS, CA – Sedaru announced today that software usage of its enterprise SaaS utility operating platform broke Company records on a per customer per user basis, doubling over the same period last year.  The increase represents additional usage across the Sedaru platform: initiating and responding to new events such as work orders or preemptive alerts, applying real-time data from IoT sources such as SCADA and AMI, water outage & leak management, dynamic asset management planning, and simulated real-time operations for utility EOCs.

“Change happens slowly at most water utilities, but Sedaru customers are seeing an exponential growth in their digital transformation initiatives.”

Adam Simonsen, Director of Enterprise Solutions, Sedaru

This adoption rate validates Sedaru’s unique, value-based approach to utility modernization, providing practical, meaningful returns on utility investments, maximizing readily available data for optimization, prediction, and automation.

This is further validated by the recent addition of Sedaru customers, including Contra Costa Water District – CA, Las Vegas Valley Water District – NV, City of Waterbury – CT, and Wareham Fire District – MA, as well as expansion of existing customers such as South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority – CT, City of Santa Ana – CA, and Los Angeles Department of Water & Power – CA.
